By accessing or interacting with LearnBridge ("the Platform"), you entering into a legally binding contract with LearnBridge Educational Technology. Your continued use of our tools constitutes full acceptance of these terms.

To maintain platform integrity, users must adhere to strict behavioral standards. Prohibited actions include:
- Identity IntegritySharing account credentials or impersonating institutional staff.
- Platform IntegrityReverse engineering AI models or using automated scrapers.
- Community StandardsHarassment, abuse, or the injection of malicious code.

LearnBridge utilizes large language models (LLMs) to assist in educational drafting. You acknowledge that:
Mandatory Educator Review
AI outputs are drafts, not final curriculum. Educators maintain ultimate pedagogical responsibility to review all generated content for accuracy, cultural relevance, and bias before classroom delivery.
11. Limitation of Liability
LearnBridge is provided "as-is" without warranty of any kind.
In no event shall LearnBridge Educational Technology, its directors, or employees be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding any claim.
13. Governance
This agreement is governed by the laws of the **Republic of Ghana**. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Accra.
